I imagine her outcome may be different if she is actually a psychopath, than if she is a sociopath. If she is the former, she will likely try to kill someone else, guard or prisoner. But if she is a sociopath, or neither, when she messes with the other inmates they will mess with her back, and a lot harder.

She should never see the light of day again. She is clearly a psychotic criminal who will attempt to kill again not long after getting out of prison. Life without the possibility of parole is the only sentence she should have gotten and that’s only because her victim didn’t die. If she had then the needle ASAP. Chances are state law prevented life imprisonment. This is when some kind of special circumstances law needs to be in effect nationwide. Yes, she’s a nutcase, but not the kind that belongs in a cushy mental institution. Prison is the only place for her besides death.

Maybe one or more of the other prisoners will take care of what the system couldn’t.
