During MSNBC’s Inauguration coverage, anchor Chris Matthews stated he phrase “America first” has a “Hitlerian background to it,” and Donald Trump’s Inaugural Address was what Putin has been saying.
Matthews said, “I’m thinking, when he said today, America first, it was not just the racial, — I mean, the — I shouldn’t say racial, the Hitlerian background to it, but it was the message. I kept thinking, what does Theresa May think of this, this morning, when she picks up the papers? … What if you’re Putin? You’re probably pounding the table, saying, that’s what I’ve been saying, Russia first, Russia first. This whole bullying message to him.”

They have openly stated what they want - it was de facto Hillary’s program (following on Obama): no borders, no citizenship status, “no one is illegal”. One government for the entire world, Marxist, and if you aren’t in the favored oligarchy you become a peasant.
That’s their program. Nationalism, where each nation takes car of its own first, is the antithesis of global Marxism.
As usual, the leftist media are working in cahoots with each other to push a narrative. This time it's designed to scare the uninformed that they are entering a dark period led by an antisemitic, Hitler figure. This kind of propaganda works on the gullible and the naive but is just the same old same old to us who follow the media's sedition.

We should all keep in mind that the media is one of the lowest rated institutions in America in popularity and for good reason. More and more people all the time are becoming wise and inured to their anti-American screeds and are turning them off. Once you lose the people's trust it's almost impossible to ever get it back again, I.E. (Dan Rather).
The media is definitely losing the trust of the people and amazingly, to their own destruction, they don't seem to care.
