Outgoing Secretary of State John Kerry said Thursday he was optimistic about the future, telling State Department employees that the womens, peace and environmental movements half a century ago had achieved change because people went out and fought for it.
And I am absolutely confident now that people are prepared to fight for the future in the same way, with the same energy, with the same vision and the same commitment, he said.
Kerry told employees gathered at the department that his generation came along in the 1960s and we decided to rock the boat, and we did.

... because of your great hero, Richard M. Nixon. John Kerry, have your thanked God for Nixon today?
Kerry starting early to get on the boat of losers and get thier support
The scary thing that Kerry spoke about, was his warning about “authoritarian populism”. Kerry said that this was the largest threat to our future. REALLY! As an elitist and a globalist I can understand it. But what is he really warning against. Authoritarian populism is nothing more than democracy and power to the people. Globalist and elitists are afraid of people having power. At least the wrong people, those without a “superior education”.
And that’s why Kerry has never been much liked. He is smarmy, and he believes that he and his smarmy friends know best. The rest of us should just shut up and do what we are told while he runs the world.
Democracy? The USA is a republic.
And what about Kerry and his boss was not authoritarian?
“Why the long face, Senator?” LMAO
Yes dirtbag....we are.
Oh....mob rule...aka "democracy".
