They can tender their resignations starting now.Most of them know that if reductions are ordered, then special provisions kick in for a RIF (Reduction in Force). Expect them to hang around long enough so as not to miss out on any of those benefits.

Yup but just hope some of them don’t know or forget that but most civil servants know the benefit terms better than the labor lawyers. They may not know their job or do it well but they know all the angles.
