President-elect Donald Trump still has a friend in Garth Brooks despite the country singer turning down the opportunity to sing at his inauguration.
Brooks explained he's all about "People Loving People" and is "praying" for Trump but due to a scheduling conflict, he ultimately had to turn down performing on January 20.

Yup. Here's the money shot:
He continued, "We can't thank the Obamas enough for serving this country,"
“he’s all about ‘People Loving People’”
What’s he doing — practicing for the Q&A segment of Miss America Pageant? Sooo pithy.
I’m a musician, I love instruments. Anyone who smashes a guitar is not, got it.
“Brooks has a 7:30 p.m. concert in Cincinnati on 2017\01\21.”
And considering the slow pace of covered wagons these days, there’s no possible way he could travel from DC to Ohio in one day’s time.
thanks!
A presidential request takes priority to a true American unless, of course, you don’t like that president.
right, what could be more important?

Fair weather friend
Glen Campbell was a part of Hal Blaine’s “Wrecking Crew” studio musicians. Glen played lead on most of the Beach Boys hits.
When he recorded “Wichita Lineman”, he borrowed fellow Wrecking Crew Carol Kaye’s 6-string bass for the solo.
This is no surprise. He showed his colors in the 90’s, maybe because his sister is a lesbian.
Garth Brooks said he would sing at Donald Trump’s inauguration.
The only problem? He hasn’t been asked yet.
“I haven’t been asked yet,” Brooks told TMZ. “[But] it’s always about
serving. It’s what you do.”

When would he be performing for the President ?
Hey, that's his business - selling tickets, I mean.
Are you saying he SHOULDN'T be concerned about it?
Okie who got his start singing James Taylor in college coffeehouses, now just an American Idol phaggot.
I’d rather feed a fat girl pinto beans and listen to the honest sound of her breaking wind.
Not too bright if it took him this long to make up an excuse.
Garth Brooks started his career with three pretty solid albums. Then, starting with “The Chase”, he became the Barry Manilow of country music. He does put on a good show though.
BS. He’s a coward.
