A federal appeals court on Tuesday shot down protesters’ challenge of regulations that allow Donald Trump’s Presidential Inauguration Committee first dibs on the location of bleachers along the Friday’s inaugural parade route.
As a result of the ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, the inauguration committee can keep set-aside bleacher seats in place at both Freedom Plaza and in front of the Trump International Hotel - locations protesters had sought to demonstrate in during Friday’s parade.
The decision is a blow to anti-war group Answer Coalition, which has challenged the National Park Services’ allocation of prime space along Pennsylvania Avenue to presidential inaugural committee’s since 2005. The group has argued that the reservation of swaths of Pennsylvania Avenue for the Presidential Inaugural Committee favors the incoming administration over the public and marginalizes and unfairly excludes dissent by preventing public access to what would otherwise be prime demonstration space.

Lewis and other leftist Democrats & media have called Trump’s Presidency and all of us who voted for President Elect Trump “illegitimate.”
They are promoting disruptions at the inaugural, which could be violent and will not attend because they know that many communist groups financially backed by Soros have been hired as mercenaries to disrupt and potentially cause violence! Historical proof being the Chicago Trump Rally, Washington Times report on hired protesters and Project Veritas report.
These are illegitimate protesters as they are truly not the free will of people protesting, but represent their employer’s political view! They are paid mercenaries!
Why are so many Leftist Democrat congressional representatives not attending? Have they been told to stay away? Do the political spooks have violent plans as well for the inaugural as well? Can their intelligence be trusted?
If they start messing with innocent people celebrating this historic victory over the socialist left, I really hope they get a throat full of busted teeth. I’m just say’in.
All I can say is they better have plenty of paddy wagons and zip tie hand cuffs ready.......and USE THEM!
I don’t remember if they were kept behind fences but I do recall there was some kind of dust-up about the Inauguration parade route.
They should just have “protest pens”—well away from the Inaugural Parade, etc.— like at the Dim convention in Philly!!!!

High School students and teachers from Rhode Island are being bussed in on Friday. Police are hired to protect them. Scheduled mid-term exams postponed to acccomodate the trip. Fear of immigration law changes, GLISTEN and racial discrimination appear to be basis for protest.
Where were ANSWER all these years with Obama’s wars? Now they are pushing for war with Russia!
