Seems like that would be the same thing as the Charter issue...

However, I suspect legally he can do whatever he wants since there is the exemption that applies to the POTUS about conflict of interest..but I can see where it causes a PR problem, etc.

Donate them to a conservative no-profit. They can auction them off for cash, and he can write them off!
