Oh, I'm sure they knew it was wrong but in their minds, sometimes the furtherance of the greater good requires a few rules to be bent.

Six and one half years were taken away from a mother and her young daughters by these lying, sociopathic bureaucrats. There is no way to repay that. No way to make this mother and her daughters whole in a court of law. This demands blood.
