The State Department held stress management sessions following Donald Trump’s presidential election victory, providing employees tips for how to cope with change so they do not “become paralyzed by fear.”
The workshops, titled “The Emotional Transition: Managing the Stress of Change,” were held by the State Department’s Bureau of Medical Services on Dec. 8 and 14, just one month after the department’s former boss, Hillary Clinton, was defeated.

Gee did the hold these workshops when Obama was elected or did Obama stuff State with a bunch of weak, fragile diplomats and staff. Good grief, I am so glad we are getting rid of these soft, weak people.

No,they all got therapy geese,as seen here being held by our (soon-to-be *former*) Ambassador to Upper Volta.The Ambassador was quoted as stating that since Trump was elected she's felt the need to have a good goose at least twice a day.

I’m sick of hearing these chickens**t cowards claim victimhood. When anyone dares start that talk with me, personally, I tell them to commit suicide if it’s so bad. There are tall buildings, bridges and medicines/chemicals galore in their homes to use if they REALLY can’t stand a Trump America. Check out! Walk the walk. If it’s ok to promote abortion surely advising suicide isn’t any worse. Just throw a ‘victim’ party and pass around the poison Koolaid. Well, I want pictures that were taken at the workshops. I’m becoming a little bored watching and re-watching the election porn of meltdowns after the election. Something new to laugh at would be a nice change.
They need to fire the ones who made up the workshop and those who attended. They are outting themselves as those who will not put America first in their State Department duties.
I was attached to the Department for quite a few years. Lots of snowflakes but a few tough guys. Don’t think it’s changed much in our favor.
