Complete and utter BS. It released billions in frozen assets to a state known to support terrorism worldwide. It did not restrict ballistic missile technology or development - one of the most threatening and destabilizing areas of military technology - at all. It paved the way for Iran continue developing it's nuclear technology and capability under a guise of peaceful R&D.
In short, there is/was absolutely nothing positive about this "deal" (aka capitulation) at all. Nothing.
