Harrumph. Whatever a Democratic politician can claim to have "saved" throughout the years, he would be an embarrassment to the party if he hasn't pocketed kickbacks, bribes, zero-interest "loans", book deals (especially when nearly all sales are as bulk purchases to unions "and their membership"), or "investments" (e.g. Hillary Clinton, Harry Reid) of 10x to 100x more than that.
