Presidential pardon’s only limitation is impeachment. Therefore it would appear that any impeachable offense is off the table; however, Ford’s pardon of Nixon was patently unconstitutional and set a bad precedent. It’s pretty much a moot point as there is no way Congress would ever proceed against Obama. In all likelihood, it’s even unlikely to pursue Hillary.
Maybe that’s why one of the engines fell out of a military plane the other day-Fake Blueprints???
The ballots with hanging chads are ballots that are very easily manipulated. Take a stack of ballots and run a piece of metal through the hole by the name of your candidate.
If a voter voted for the candidate you like, no problem. If the voter voted for a different candidate, that would make 2 hole punches and the card would be rejected/invalidated.
Every method should have a paper trail. No machines attached to the Internet, and should be foolproof from Satellite interference. Final tallies checked and not transmitted by internet.
