Not where I am. I’m in Decatur near the Emory campus.
It looks like this district contains both Metropolitan Parkway (formerly Stewart Avenue) going from downtown Atlanta to the south and Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway (formerly Bankhead Highway) going from downtown Atlanta to the west. Both are extremely run down, high crime areas and have been for years. Southwest Atlanta (McDaniel Street, the West End, etc.) is just as bad.
