I like that idea
heavy restrictions about use of the property
Maybe no human use permitted at all
government permits required to drive onto the property, spend the night, how many people can use the property
No changes without govt reviews studies and permits
etc etc etc
more like toxic waste dump

Informed sources have confirmed that Chinese-American artist Maya Lin, who designed of the Vietnam Wall Memorial has been awarded a $600,000 contract to design the Birmingham Civil Rights National Monument.
Her submission, which bested 37 other artist’s entries, is a 24 foot tall bronze representation of a watermelon resting atop a huge cast iron replica of a Moon Pie wrapper.
