The state does not have open carry does it? So, that means that if it doesn’t and you are packing, you have to have a permit, right? Arizona has had permitless open carry since 1912, and passed Constitutional Carry in 2010.
You may obtain a concealed license in Arizona, in order to use it for reciprocity concealed carry in other states, but you do not need a permit to carry openly or concealed in Arizona.
