My premium went from $20 a month to $100 a month and deductible went from $1500 to $6500....and that was without a Prescription plan.

Our family had private insurance. It's functionally gone.

Technically, it still exists. The last time I checked, 3-4 years ago, minimum deductible was $20,000, and the cost was a couple of thousand a month. At that point, I can self-insure. What's the point?
