Bill Nye took to Twitter to blame man-made global warming for flooding across Northern California that claimed at least three lives over the weekend.
Nye, who rarely misses a chance to link extreme weather to human activities, suggested California’s flooding meant we’d be better off not pulling out of the United Nations Paris agreement to cut greenhouse gas emissions.
President-elect Donald Trump promised to “cancel” the Paris agreement the Obama administration signed in 2016. The Senate never voted on the agreement.

Its a shame some people criticize the Heavenly Father for answering prayers of those affected by the years long drought.

This weather stuff runs in cycles. It happened before, and will happen again. And has for thousands of years.
I recall that we had a long drought in the late 1970s to early 1980s here in the SF Bay Area. Lots of restrictions on water use, couldn’t water lawns, wash cars etc. Followed by severe rainstorms (1982 or thereabout) that caused flooding, and it ended the drought. At the time I lived in San Bruno, and had to cut a trench around my house to divert flooding from behind my home out to the street, stopped the water coming into my garage from the back. South SF had lots of flooding downtown that damaged property. They’ve since mitigated it with diversion canals.
There is no global warming. However, there are gullible warners like Bill Nye.

Really? California gets more winter storms when the Earth's climate is not during a solar maximum period. You notice every time we go away from solar maximum or there is a major volcanic eruption (e.g., Mount Saint Helens in 1980, Mount Pinatubo in 1991 and Eyjafjallajökull in 2010) California has way above-normal rains?
I got to the Bay Area in the early 70’s, and...it used to rain like this. I don’t recall the years. So you get a big whompin’ rainstorm once in a while. Ooooooooh.
