Hey the ones that didn’t get canned are thinking “hey, I got mine, the heck with you!”

Even though the left always says that is what rich people say (avoiding the fact the rich people say/think no such thing).

Long term, it’s one of the best things they ever did...

One of WM greatest weakness are store level supervisors...

those are the people who control costs and productivity...

Their old school approach in hiring was bring in lots of people at a lowest cost and the cream will rise to to top simply no longer worked...

There pool of potential people to move up in the company was seriously weak because any decent person they had, left to get a better paying job and not put up with the idiots and sluggers they hired low cost...

They raised Mini Wage to attract a better quality hire and build a better supervisor team...

My wife works for WM and I can first hand tell you supervision at store level is or was atrocious...

I hope their plan works...
