State law requires prospective teachers to understand the U.S. and Nevada constitutions.
If the Clark County School District gets its way, new teachers wont have to.

Clark County needs to join the other nuts and flakes in California.
Well, if they’re gonna show awareness of gender identity, political correctness and other aspects of cultural Marxism then something has gotta give....
As long as they know the Mexican constitution or can recite the Koran, that’s probably sufficient for the Harry Reid acolytes.
They are specifically doing this so they can hire Mexican anchor babies and newly arrived mooslimb refugees.
All in the name of ‘diversity’.
Regarding the US Constitution, this better mean the way that the Founding States had intended for the Constitution to be understood, particularly Congresss Article I, Section 8-limited powers and associated limited power to appropriate taxes.
Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States. Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]. United States v. Butler, 1936.
The nuts and flakes in California have taken over Las Vegas, and are well on their way to taking over the entire state of Nevada. That explains what is happening there.
How to make ignorant people a teacher.
Why are we being led to believe most know anything about our Constitution at this time? How many newly graduated students have been quizzed on what was learned in their recent civics class? CIVICS CLASS — most will say there is no such animal. A Nation survives only if the citizens are well informed on facts of history....thus OUR CONSTITUTION. Learn it. Live it. Love it.
I saw a sign or T-Shirt in a local Reno gun shop earlier this week that said “Build The Wall” and showing the wall on the north side of Vegas. How fitting. Not surprising the local sheriff there last week called for adopting California gun laws in Nevada. Losers.
The Dumbing Down of America
That is their point , FRiend. The Powers That Be, with the Democrat Party as their spearhead and the main stream media as their support system, have decreed that the United States of America, as it now stands, is not to survive. Their guy obama came very close to destroying it.He would have completed the task but ran out of time. Both political Parties, the Republican Party and the Democrat Party along with the main stream media long before it was announced that he was running. This proves that the Republican Party and the Democrat Party are, as far as goals go, sameo, sameo. There are some that refuse to accept that fact, but it does not make it any less true. The latest law they passed to take Conservatives off the air under the guise of “fake news” should convince even the die hards, but it will not. But degree by degree, step by step, the frog is being boiled. And the frog does not care.
You don't need to understand the Constitution to occupy the White House. Why should they require it for school teachers?
Caption: Swish and Swallow.
Teachers are generally liberals who have been indoctrinated since birth. Their knowledge of the constitution is;
“It’s whatever we want it to be.”
All they have to do is take over Vegas (Clark Co.) and Reno (Washoe Co.) and they own the state. 90% of the state’s population lives in those two counties.
I taught in SoCal thirty years ago and they were always trying to hire teachers from Mexico, even Spain but those teachers would not put up with the cr@p those anchor babies dealt out.
You think kids will learn this when 95% of our congress don't know it.
The Constitution is inconvenient for progressives.
