North American Islamic scholars have issued a legal ruling or fatwa in the wake of Donald Trumps stunning victory and imminent presidency, instructing the faithful on what to expect and how they should respond to shifting political realities.
Changes are coming, warns the Assembly of Muslim Jurist of America, and Muslims are told to get ready. The fatwa is titled AMJA Post-Election Statement: Principles and Roadmap.
While the fatwa received no media attention, this declaration contains the principles to which imams in the nations more than 3,100 mosques will be looking for guidance on how to instruct their congregations.
Philip Haney, a retired Homeland Security officer and co-author of the whistleblower book See Something Say Nothing, said the document is loaded with coded language that signals a possible uptick in jihadist attacks during Trumps presidency.

This whole fatwa is about fitnah, Haney said.
Fitnah is an Arabic word meaning trial or test, which can take the form of oppression against Muslims in a society dominated by infidels. In the modern sense, fitnah equals Islamophobia
I am loving it - Trump/Pence (with Bibi and Vlad) are going to open a humungous barrel of whoop-ass! Comply, or die...
What’s the word for no respect for anyone else, the raping, rioting, wanton destruction, and killing of people in host countries, by Arab refugees?
That’s the word I’m searching for.
ANYONE going overseas to terrorist countries or to fight for ISIS will IMMEDIATELY be taken into U.S. Military custody upon their return with Visas/passports REVOKED on the spot.
Trump should exercise the same overreaching authority 0dungsh*t used and Congress bess not fight him on this. 0dungheap set the precedent, right? Remember that word, Trump.. It's 'PRECEDENT' and don't you forget it!
But wait a minute...Obama made everyone love us. They saw how weakened we are with our bowing, scraping, apologizing, and said “Hey, those Americans aren’t so bad after all. Let’s be friends”. We can all see how the Russians warmed up to Obama now that they don’t feel threatened. Al Qaeda doesn’t hate us anymore since we’re helping them in Syria. And ISIS is of course just a myth promulgated by those pessimistic conservatives. When Obama pulled our troops out they rightly concluded that they were safe now and threw away their weapons. In fact I’m planning a vacation in so-called “ISIS controlled territory” just to prove they’re completely harmless.
Oh yeah and UNLESS Trump/Sessions (hopefully confirmed) goes after Soros and throws that demonic Satan in prison for treason, Trump’s four years are going to be a living hell of court-challenged actions.
Why Islamism Is Much More Dangerous Than Nazism
Dr. Qanta Ahmed, a committed Muslim who is outspoken about the dangers of Islamism, warned Tuesday that Islamism is much more dangerous than Nazism.
You super-charge something with a religious belief and it becomes much more palatable and easier to spread, she said on The Glenn Beck Program. So Im actually more worried about Islamism than one couldve been about Nazism.
Ahmed said that while Islam is a religion, Islamism is a totalitarian ideology masquerading as a religion.
One of its first tenets is that Islam can only be manifested as an Islamic state, a caliphate, and the nature of which is very much like what we are seeing ISIS pursue. Islam itself has no such prescription, she said. The Islam that I believe in has five central values which are really about prayer, charity, worship, fasting, and if youre lucky, a pilgrimage to Mecca.
Ahmed also warned that Islamism can be manifested in two forms. The first is through violence, like the Islamic State or Al Qaeda. But she also said Islamism can be non-violent and utilize democratic organizations to promote non-secular and very restrictive forms of government that are actually deceptions.
When Beck said Islamism is the enemy of mankind, but in particular an enemy of women, Ahmed agreed.
Its unfortunately just a continuation on this spectrum of abuses against women and all minorities, she said. [Theres this] this very totalitarian pursuit that the other whether it be woman, girl, Christian, Yazidi is anathema, is not allowed to have human rights, is rightfully persecuted. These are Islamist values.
Ahmed said women are particularly vulnerable in Islamist societies because they are physically less strong than men, and often lack an education and independent income. But she also said theres no basis for denying women an education or a career in Islam.
Remember the very first Muslim was Khadija, a woman, a merchant woman, who held her own wealth and chose the prophet in marriage herself. Thats where we as Muslim women have come from, she said.
Ahmed said Americans are now in an uncomfortable position where our government has made a very serious treaty with an Islamist superpower, and theres no getting away from that.
There is a real division and I commend you for actually opening up this discussion [between Islam and Islamism], Ahmed told Beck. People are afraid to talk about this because of accusations of so-called Islamophobia, but its a discussion we must continue to have.
When Beck asked what one piece of knowledge Ahmed wanted to impart before leaving, she told the audience that overwhelmingly, your concerns and your fears about what transpires in the name of Islam are our concerns and our fears as Muslims.
Remember that Muslims are the foremost victims of Islamism, whether theyre Iranian women or whether we are Pakistani minorities or whether we are subjected to the misery of terrorist campaigns by the Taliban or Al Qaeda or ISIS, she said. The number one victims are Muslims who are not Islamists.

Actually, it better equates to rational views of what Islam is.
“:^)
Most Americans don’t realize it, but these are very perilous times. Especially between now and the 20th of January, and far some time to come even after the 20th.
Bring it on, bitches.
Yep!
Arm yourselves and shoot the fookers before they kill us all.
Texas Capitol-Jan. 31-Muslim Day
If the civilized world is to survive, Islam must be understood for what it really is: Its not a religion, form of government, or anything recognizable to the civilized mind. Islam is a disease, an incurable disease of the mind that is highly contagious among the feeble minded and is now spreading among the worlds feeble minded at an epidemic rate. As with any disease, one cant reason with this disease, negotiate with it, or treat in a manner other than how one would treat any other incurable disease: Carriers of this disease must be either quarantined or eradicated.
Be prepared...be aware...be vigilant...don’t hesitate.
Why do they need a new fatwa for a 1400 year old war?
Khadija was not the first mooslime woman. She was married to their so-called prophet yes. Their so-called prophet used Khadija to verify he spoke to the Angel of the Light. He tried to gather followers and only gained around 80 or so. His cousins, uncles and aunts all laughed at him and then threw him out of Mecca. Khadija was a business woman not a mooslime woman in Mecca. By the time their so-called prophet returned to Mecca from gather criminals to follow him in Medina, she was no longer in the picture.
The story of how their so-called prophet used Khadija to verify the speaking of the Angel of the Light is rather idiotic to say the least. A story for another time. Aisha the girl he dreamt about, played with when she was very young and consummated their marriage when she was 9 is considered the Mother of Islime. You would have thunk Khadija would have that title but nope.
She is a courageous soul. Thanks for posting this excerpt.
And ISIS is of course just a myth promulgated by those pessimistic conservatives
