This gives Trump the backdrop to now require all voter registration from Cali and other Liberal enclaves with tons of Illegals on the registry and then in a few months - a tweet: “Hey Liberals - Per Obama’s restructuring of Voting as Critical Infrastructure - found out that 3.5 Million Illegals voted in Cali and Illinois - well whaddayaknow...” LOL
