I would absolutely try to figure out the details to see if there was a way to sue Facebook. They were notified of this video. They claimed it didn’t violate their standards and refused to take it down.
If they had taken the video down, would there have been any charges filed?
I wonder if Congress could investigate Facebook for aiding and abetting a hate crime, then fine them out of existence? Take that Zuckerberg...
