True to form, President Barack Hussein Obama II has just thrown a monumental tantrum in public, stomping his feet and screaming because his party lost the election and Washington's war lobby has been trash-canned. Now in a last-ditch hissy fit, Obama throws all his toys out the pram. How puerile, infantile, and silly.
President Obama came to power, elected by the people of the United States of America twice. Once because he promised "Change", remember? Again because his opponent was less charismatic and had less "umph" than a squashed slug lying under a ton of sea salt. By then Obama has convinced nobody except for the fact that he wasn't going to deliver. And he didn't.

And now, to cap it all, after his Democratic Party lost the election, in part because nobody trusted Hillary Clinton, realizing she has some issues in her cupboard but also in part because Barack Obama himself spent eight years doing absolutely nothing at all, the President has a hissy fit in public and starts expelling Russian diplomats because he believes Moscow fixed the US election.
For his information, now that it is evident that Barack Obama is plain damn stupid, the US election was fixed by the millions of US citizens who voted in a free or fair democratic process. And indeed, if the election in his country can be fixed by a foreign power, that does not say much about the ability of his country to hold one, does it? So in blaming Russia, he is insulting the millions who voted for Trump.

All Barack Obama has done during these eight years is to underline the fact that the United States of America is losing its self-imposed game of world policeman, underline the fact that nobody outside Washington respects the USA and underline the fact that practically everyone, including American citizens, regards Washington with extreme suspicion.
So Obama, fwow your little tantwum, fwow your toys out the pwam, have your little hwissy fwit, bang your feet on the sidewalk and scweam "Mommy!! Barack wants a lollipop!!! Barack wants a lollipop!!! Barack wants a lollipop!!!"

Pubbies are lazy in that once they get into office they just want to go with the flow for the sake of job security. The RATs will do whatever it takes to steal the country. That's why they'll learn from o'bummer's ineptitude.

A thought I got from this article is if Obama is so, darn certain beyond a shadow of a doubt “hacking” gave the election to Trump, what does he assert HIS 2 wins too? Possible “hacking”/”interference” from another country?

This past election hitlery, IMO, was drunk much of the time. That would explain her being AWOL so much of the time. She believed the polls which were dedicated to stroking her ego and thought she could coast. Bill told her to pay attention to the working class but she catered to the elites.
The next candidate will be much more hands on and will pay attention to the "fly over" states.
Thing is, America has a habit of having a RAT in office who royally messes things up. Then the nation has a moment of clarity and elects a Republican. The Republican puts us on sound footing and America decides it's time to party again with "social experiments."

Fortunately, Donald Trump isn't a "Pubbie". He might be a Populist Plutocrat ("Popucrat"?) or an old fashioned JFK, Sam Nunn patriotic Democrat. During the primaries I was comparing him to an American Juan Peron, but I've come around since then. However you define him he's something new. He is going to have to kick a** and take names with the Republican Congress because most of them are exactly as you describe.
