It’s not theres and the French government is weak and they can get away with it. So, why not? They want the cops to stay ou of their neighborhoods and the French are giving them what they want.

I have friends outside Mulhouse. A young muslim still her radio and her father and husband chased him down and caught him. The court let him go free because he was unemployed and his being a thief was understandable.
