Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton made the following statement regarding today’s ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in a case that would require Secretary of State John Kerry to seek the help of the attorney general in recovering additional Hillary Clinton emails:

The appeals court ruled that Secretary of State Kerry should have gotten the Att. General involved to get all the emails, and that was not done, so the case is not moot, and should be pursued.

It's up to Trump's Secretary of State and Attorney General now.

They are going to find BitBleach all over the place. Along with new and empty hard-drives. The destruction of evidence is going to be massive. Buying the culprits time to get to non-extraditable countries, like UAE or Brazil.
