This is a guesstimate based on over 50 million abortions in the US, but I’m thinking the reduction in the Black population was massive.
For decades I have thought Blacks were like lambs led to the slaughter when it came to abortion.
That goes for members of other races too, but I think Sanger targeted this to Blacks. She seems to have been quite successful.
