Words that no longer mean what they mean.

On Christmas day my grand-daughter informed me that my beans were "dope" You can imagine my response until she explained that dope means they are really good.

I will never be able to understand this generation.

"Dope" was slang for "Excellent" 15-20 years ago. (Why? Because I know what it means, if it were any more recent, I'd be out of luck.... :-) )

Interesting how slang, like fashion, music, and all other pop culture, comes back around.
