The left contends that Hillary won the popular vote but lost because of hacking.

I think Putin is biding his time to settle the score with Obummer. Some day Obummer is gonna’ hit a golf ball and it will explode in his face.
I always thought that Obama would make sure there was something he could blame on the Russians, even if he had to do it. This has a double negative effect for Trump, it undermines the legitimacy of his administration at home and muddies the water in his dealings with the Russians.
Fortunately Obama was the typical miserable failure he is known for. The only people that believe this are the Democrats. The Russians know they did nothing and this is all Obama. I think they should have kicked out the US diplomats and let them back in as soon as Trump took office to make it clear they knew.
He’s not that smart.
