The number-two Democrat in the House, Minority Whip Steny Hoyer of Maryland, has published several statements which are strongly critical of the Obama administration’s betrayal of Israel at the United Nations. Before the vote was cast at the UN, Hoyer urged the President to exercise America’s veto power against the anti-Israel resolution:
The resolution, as proposed, seeks to place responsibility for continued conflict fully on Israel and ignores violence and incitement by Palestinians and the Palestinian Authority and Hamas leaderships. Any workable and long-lasting solution to this conflict must come about through direct, bilateral negotiations, and this resolution undermines that effort.

Hoyer is having nightmarish visions of 2018 Republican super-majorities.
I don’t see that Hoyer has a significant Jewish constituency. (compared to the CD next door). But he’s been in Congress 30+ years and probably has been influenced by various Jewish entities. Whatever the reason, it works for me!

I propose a new requirement for EVERY member of the UN, or any new organization that replaces it. The head (president, prime minister, etc.) of each member nation must sign a statement which includes all other member nations, and basically reads like this:
1. Canada has a right to exist
2. Russia has a right to exist
...
16. Israel has a right to exist
17. England has a right to exist
...
If they can’t sign that, they can’t join.
Don’t believe a syllable of these antics.
If they had integrity, they wouldn’t be white liberals.

Incorrect; Rep. Hoyer has a pro Israel record, and called Rep. Moran to account for his comments in 2007.
Never trust a Democrat these are the same people who had their head up Obama’s a$$ for the last eight years they have ring around the neck now they want to flip to save their seats in the next election.
They proved their worth for the last 8 years replace every one of them.
Wish it could be said “Good for Steny”. However, the man carries a purse (Nan from San Fran) so in reality cannot be counted when push comes to shove.
