Sadly, SCOTUS wouldn’t agree; they sure didn’t when W tried to undo Clinton’s clean coal/NATIONAL MONUMENT grab.
Hopefully SCOTUS is about to be restocked soon. Many on those seats are way past their best-used-by dates.

The Supreme Court seems to think that “court of last resort” means they have the final say over everyone.
