If I were Mr. Trump, after inauguration (and after confirmation of the next Scalia), I would be suing to eliminate the FEC on grounds that its enabling legislation is unconstitutional.The planted axiom of “campaign finance reform” - and of FCC licensing of broadcasters on the basis that the news is in the public interest - is the fatuous conceit that journalists are objective. Wikileaks proves that it is no such thing - as if we didn’t know that beforehand . . .
