What will the White House correspondents dinner look like under President Trump? Have you ever been to a Chick-fil-A?

Frankly I think Trump should show up with a belt fed weapon. But that’s just me. I’m kinda sentimental that way about the MSM.

“We’ve never had a businessman-reality TV star as president, somebody who understands the importance of this particular event.”
Laughable. If there was never another White House Press Correspondent’s dinner ever again then only ones who would miss it would be those who lust to be invited to it.

Boy, this rent free stuff is exhilarating! I believe that "living rent free in someone's head" comes under the classification of "Winning", which none of us are tired of yet.

OK I think we have this figured out - the dinner to be held in Oklahoma City (no offense to OCOK but its not DC. It’s better. Invite the usual White House correspondents but by then the ranks will be thinned and they will meet once a week in the deepest part of the old Senate office building. No donuts.
Milo and Mark Steyn will co-host the event. There will be rubber chicken and cheap wine. Wait, who pays for this?

It's not Trump's event nor is it hosted by presidents. It's the correspondents' organization that runs the banquet.

"I think Trump should call it off".
He can't.
Let's get with the program, folks.
The dinner is sponsored by the White House Correspondents' Association (WHCA) and is organized and financed by the association.
The White House has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE EVENT'S STRUCTURE ITSELF except for some peripheral matters such as consultation on the president's speech, special guests, security, etc.

I’m with you - so-called journalists can have their ‘event’ but Republicans shouldn’t attend.
Why go to a Democrat PR Firm party?

Trump can’t call it off but I can’t think of one reason why any Republican should attend. Can you?

He should just come out, take the lectern and just glare at them, for about 10 minutes....never saying a word.
Just look at each of them one by one, until they look away.
Give them nothing to report.
Then tweet: “I have nothing to say to the most dishonest people on the planet. If I have anything to say to you, I’ll say it via Twitter.
