Yesterday a man described as Somali took over the stage at a kindergartens Advent performance in Austria, and proceeded to frighten the children and the audience with a Koran and a backpack.

I heard about this. What an idiot. Repatriate these idiot types. You’ll find them driving taxis and getting their prayer rugs out to pray to Mecca.
I would have been wary of this joker’s backpack.
Kick all worshippers of the kuran the hell out of the country.
Lousy job of covering up the intentions.. I thought Austrians were wising up but it appears not to be the case. Just another “mentally ill” person who managed to find himself in another country and decided to invade a children’s program holding a Koran.
If it happened down here in Louisiana he would get maybe three words out before being manhandled off the stage and released in a swamp.
This is one of many reasons I wouldn’t ever send my kids to public school.
If this happened and I were present I would have shot a man infront of children. Wait, guns aren’t allowed on school property ? Yeah, I’m just never going to be in this situation.
My fond memory of living in south Louisiana was that “released” also had the connotation of “gator bait”. Ah, a much simpler approach to the complexities of multicultural diversity. Not that I would EVER recommend such a path, mind you......
LOL, your memory serves you well, and no I wouldn’t ever dream of advocating such an approach either!!! Just pointing out the reality that the swamps contain lots of “secrets” if they could talk.
“Well, I wonder where the Louisiana Sheriff went to?
You can sure get lost in the Louisiana bayou.”
bump
And the gators will be fat.
When I lived just north of Bayou Black, I was told that a few years before then, a car had gone off the road during the night. As they were dragging that part of the swamp, they came across several other cars in the water before they found the one they were looking for. Might have been just a tale that developed a life of its own, or ......
Yes, but how soon did they know he wasn’t a part of the program? They were up there within seconds of his pulling out the Koran.
And, how did they know he didn’t have explosives in the backpack? That calmer approach could well have worked better in separating him from such munitions, while causing less fear in the children.
Chilling and horrifying, but from my keyboard I can’t fault the men who went up and stopped him.
