You would think that the NSA would identify certain keywords and phrases like “I support ISIS” (<~~ look like I am on their list now) and take some action.

What if we treat Radical web sites for Terror with beheadings and stuff like it was Kid-Porn?
Access them would become a crime and hosting and/or creating such a web site is a crime.
