If captured, leftist government truly left civil society to manage itself, the 99.99% of people who do not have issues of being “transgendered” would simply conform to a natural system, like we have now, of men’s and women’s bathrooms.
You need an active nanny state, captured by statists/leftists to agitate against Natural Law.
