Agencies and contractors already have been formalizing their relationships with the Trump Transition Office which is humming away under the radar (because idiot protestors don’t need to know about it) in downtown DC, getting ready to hit the ground running on 1/20/17.
And since everyone in Fedgov apart from VA is operating under Continuing Resolutions (there hasn’t been an actual budget in this decade) they could not do a damn thing till the end of March and nobody would even notice.

I’m going to defend George Jefferson here by pointing out that he worked hard to develop a chain of dry-cleaning stores and compete in the marketplace.

The part I worry about is the (lefty) career government employees shredding evidence and refusing to cooperate with the new administration. Note: You can’t just up and fire gov. employees very easily.
