since they were elected to vote for trump, their votes are null and void. They can be replaced after the fact with two that will infact vote for Trump.

I’m not sure about Texas’ requirements but Electors are not necessarily required to vote with the popular vote. 21 states provide no legal requirement to do so. Some states just have a fine if they don’t. Only a few states require an Elector to vote as they promised or be removed.
