Here is what I mean. TWO DEAD VICTIMS. No blood.

There is a blood pool under the ambassador’s head. If a head shot killed him, then the heart stops beating, nothing to push out more blood.

Looks like the assassin took a few before he fell dead.

How is it that there were a man or men with guns who could kill the assassin, but they weren’t there to protect the ambassador?
