We should since these are not secret votes. Two sets of the Certificate of Ascertainment and Certificate of Vote are dent to the Secretary of State in the state where the electors met.One is an archival set that becomes part of the public record of the Secretary of State's office. How immediate that public record is available to the public, I don't know.

Of the 4 states they will be showing, Illinois (20 electors) and Virginia (13 electors) went for Clinton. Pennsylvania (20 electors) and Michigan (16 electors) went for Trump.
Really the only thing that matters here is whether there will be any “faithless electors” in PA or MI.
