LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — The Little Rock Police Department confirms a 3-year-old boy is dead after he was shot during a road rage incident Saturday.
According to police, the shooting occurred in southwest Little Rock. The child's grandmother was driving the car and taking her grandson shopping when the incident occurred. Police believe she and the victim were completely innocent and have no relationship with the suspect.
The child was discovered to be fatally wounded at the JCPenney store in the Shackleford Crossings shopping center in west Little Rock.
Police are now looking for an older black Chevrolet Impala being driven by a tall black male.

It's actually time to take Obama's advice and hope for some change... though probably not the kind of change he meant...

They all need Rudy-like mayors. Don’t give a ### about the press or black leaders or the TV media. Arrest EVERYBODY who’s breaking the law. Urinating in the street, arrested. Stealing a soda. Arrested. And keep at it.

If (When, I hope) Trump gets rid of the criminal illegals it will make a huge change in the incidence of crime. If he can get rid of the illegal gang members he will make a huge dent in urban crime.
Beyond that getting rid of all illegal aliens will create huge changes in urban areas. It is estimated there are 2 million illegals in Los Angeles alone. They are working, drawing welfare, accessing the education and health systems, and renting or buying housing. Take them out of the economy and the demand for all these goods and services falls. Democrat voters also drastically decline. It will be interesting to see how this all plays out.

probably drug and gang related. Close the border (need a special tunnel task force), burn the poppy fields in Afghanistan, bomb the drug cartels in central and south america as a start.

How it plays out is I want the national guard to go into those areas and extract, if necessary. Stopping funds isn’t enough.
They’re illegal aliens. As hard working as some of them are, the word illegal needs to mean something again.
My mom gave me the number of a house cleaner once. I didn’t know she was illegal until afterwords. She did an INCREDIBLE job. Incredible.

You want to get rid of the gangs? Eliminate welfare.
With a secure income provided by Uncle Sugar, ghetto girls can afford a preference for playing with the exciting, manly thugs. If the girls go for the gangstas, that creates an incentive for the guys to become gangsta.
Without welfare, ghetto girls would have no choice, but to not have children, except if married to a guy with a stable job.
With their access to sex reduced, the gangstas would have more of an incentive to get a job, and to get the education needed to qualify for a job.
Bicyclists in Tampa, don't get me started on them. AA on bikes thinks bike rules are only for Caucasians.
