You’re forgetting one important detail: no evidence establishing evolution has ever been observed.
I hope someone with access to such evidence and the ability to post it in plain sight will join in this discussion.

Not true. We’ve seen LOTS of evolution. We haven’t knowingly seen macro evolution in action, but we haven’t been paying attention very long either. We also don’t have a full and complete catalog of everything living on Earth. We run into “new” things all the time, but lacking that catalog we generally just assume they’re new to us, but they could be new. Meanwhile with some of the preservation projects going on, we’re not only seeing micro evolution, we’re saving it for posterity.
