Apparently, the victim said some sex was consensual, some not. In any case, if the victim was impaired, consent is still an issue. And if she didn’t consent to the taping, or did while impaired, also an issue. And while the criminal case is toast, these degenerates deserve everything the college throws at them.

While I agree these idiots are thugs who deserve everything the LAW can throw against them, this is a university that refuses to release the color of suspects, and has college "codes of ethics" which can expel someone for offending another student. The entire University, especially the sport department, is a complete cluster.
Police could have pressed charges if they wanted to do so. They chose not to do that. That was the mistake here.
