The charges were all dropped after a video came out clearly showing consensual.
Apparently, the victim said some sex was consensual, some not. In any case, if the victim was impaired, consent is still an issue. And if she didn’t consent to the taping, or did while impaired, also an issue. And while the criminal case is toast, these degenerates deserve everything the college throws at them.
