A brilliant pick in Oklahoma AG Pruitt.

Rein the EPA in and then gut it!

Currently, the EPA heads up the 4th branch of gov’t, the Regulatory Branch.

CNN calling a key pillar of the ideological leftist nanny state “broken” and “rogue?”

Unbelievable!

We are going to miss Scott here in OK, but he is a solid guy and will shake the EPA to its core.

I had wondered if Scott Pruitt was related to Oklahoma football great Greg Pruitt. Then I looked at Scott’s picture. Probably not.

Any agency that deems CO2 a pollutant should be terminated.

Congress needs to pass a law that any new regulation must be approved by congress. This will have several extremely beneficial effects.

1. will keep regulations to a minimum
2. will restore the legislative power back to elected representatives as opposed to it being in the hand of the agencies that are under the executive branch.
3. will eliminate the possibility of runaway rogue agencies
4. will keep the congress men so busy they won’t have to pass any but the most urgent laws.

The next two years is the perfect time to do that with a republican Congress and president.

We need for the EPA nothing less than euthanasia or even murder most foul. All the reform and pruning that might be done will be of no avail in the long run so long as the agency is allowed to continue in existence. Same goes for the DOEs and all the others.

Don’t gut it. Kill it. Just gut it and it will rise again to again lay waste to the American economy..

Patriots need to get Trump up to speed with the following concerning the EPA.

While the concept behind the EPA is arguably a good idea, it remains that the states have never expressly constitutionally delegated to the feds the specific power to regulate environmental issues, federal powers to do so based on stolen state powers.

So Trump needs to either let the states concern themselves with environmental protections, or lead the states to appropriately amend the Constitution so that the feds have the constitutional authority to do so.

The Rampanos v US decision showed that the EPA had gone beyond rogue and was engaged in outright sedition. Arrests need to be made and prison sentences imposed on these eco-Nazis.

Given Pruitt's recent role as EPA antagonizer-in-chief, it's little wonder that some on the left have responded with howling rage to his nomination. How, they ask, can a man who has repeatedly sued the EPA now be tapped to lead it?

Because elections have consequences...that's how.

This is the rogue government agency that polluted the Animas river in Colorado with millions of gallons of toxic waste, and was not held accountable. Remind your Libtard friends of this fact when they whine and cry over Trump’s choice to head the EPA.
