I do not agree with Napolitano on every issue, but he is not a fringe lunatic. If he is claiming this, there must be some serious evidence he has seen.
Trump needs to clean house at these intelligence agencies. Obama and his political henchmen have destroyed them.

Without actual evidence, I have to take Wikileaks at their word that it was an inside leak. Considering how well the DNC and Hillary conspired together to manage media stories, get leaked questions for debates, etc, I find it very hard to believe that there was not at least one Bernie Sanders supporter with a thumb drive.

Either way, it bears repeating: The leaks of the e-mails meant nothing if the DNC & Hillary's campaign weren't taking pay to play donations for future appointments, directing media stories, coordinating with the media, arranging to undercut support for Bernie Sanders, etc, etc, etc, etc.

But then again, both the DNC & Hillary's campaign want people to think about anything BUT the content of those leaked messages and the implications they have on our political system.

I wish I could say that the leaks affected the election, but far too many people chose party over sanity in giving Hillary a pass because ‘it was HER turn.’

I'm wondering why responsible pols (oxymorn?) are not OUTRAGED that the media is passing on leaks it claims are from the CIA. Isn't that all kinds of illegal? Would anyone passing on confidential CIA info end up losing clearance and ending up with jail time?

There's only one way to drain the CIA swamp. Abolish it. But it sure is fun, in a sick humor way, to observe ultra leftist anti war pro environment maniacs defend the CIA. Regime change has not been terrific for peace or for the environment.

Judge Napolitano was on with Stuart Varney this morning and said he had spent an hour with President-Elect Trump discussing what traits Trump should look for in his SCOTUS nominee. Don’t know if we will be able to see any of this on the Fox networks.
The judge also said he participated in a photo shoot with Trump and Pence at Trump Tower. No details on that either.
