I would guess his actions will be assessed when he is up for re-election. I would vote for a primary challenger, but unfortunately he is not my representative.
Have to admit my senator John Cornyn is a RINO of the first order, but not a big mouth ass-wipe like Graham who can't keep his trap shut.

Texan FReepers, it has been established, can be very BIG with excuses and THE QUICKEST to find fault elsewhere in the Nation.

Cruz campaigned for Trump at the end and actively. You want to replace him in Texas you might get someone like Cornyn or worse. You might end up with a Bushite like George P. or the Texas Republican all Texas Democrats love, Speaker of the House Strauss. Cruz is still principled and he can work very well with the direction Trump is going to lead. Take him out of the Senate and you have increased McConnell, McCain, Graham and Cornyn stock. Please no.
