A Wikileaks envoy today claims he personally received Clinton campaign emails in Washington D.C. after they were leaked by 'disgusted' whisteblowers - and not hacked by Russia.
Craig Murray, former British ambassador to Uzbekistan and a close associate of Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, told Dailymail.com that he flew to Washington, D.C. for a clandestine hand-off with one of the email sources in September.
'Neither of [the leaks] came from the Russians,' said Murray in an interview with Dailymail.com on Tuesday. 'The source had legal access to the information. The documents came from inside leaks, not hacks.'
His account contradicts directly the version of how thousands of Democratic emails were published before the election being advanced by U.S. intelligence.
Murray is a controversial figure who was removed from his post as a British ambassador amid allegations of misconduct. He was cleared of those but left the diplomatic service in acrimony.
His links to Wikileaks are well known and while his account is likely to be seen as both unprovable and possibly biased, it is also the first intervention by Wikileaks since reports surfaced last week that the CIA believed Russia hacked the Clinton emails to help hand the election to Donald Trump. . .

Q: Didn’t a bunch of foreign leaders endorse Hillary? Why isn’t THAT considered meddling?!

It’s all about the headlines. They keep saying “hacked the election”, and millions of people have not read past that to find out there was no hacking of voting machines.
If they used honest headlines like “Russia published embarrassing e-mails from Clinton campaign”, they could not generate any furor.
BUT “SENIOR OFFICIALS” said it was Russia and Putin himself!
So,Benghazi was caused by an obscure youtube video.
And Vlad Putin helped DJT steal the election.

In August I attended a DJT rally in New Hampshire.When it ended I was one of the first people to get to the exit.The Secret Service had sealed the exits to allow DJT a clean "getaway" (standard Secret Service procedures).While waiting to leave I was within a few feet of one of the agents guarding the door (suit,tie,little earphone).I asked him if the stories about Hillary having abused agents were true and he just gave a very slight grin...didn't say a word or nod his head or anything.Of course he couldn't do so.But his very slight grin *clearly* said "yes".

I totally believe you. It seems HRC goes bat-sh!t crazy and abusive often. Hard to believe that at least one incident has never been captured on video. I want to buy a DVD of her trashing the room on election night!!

That is indeed the meta. Herein, though, the micro is interesting. You have campaign wogs in the DNC fighting for their very existence, right down to outright unemployment. X number of Dem candidates will actually believe the CIA (oh, the irony), and the other half of Dem candidates will know it's a ruse but realize it gives Podesta et al some minor cover with their own idiot constituents.
But even as a long con, it's dementedly bad - when you attempt to exploit people Alisnky-style, it inevitably Gruberrangs.
Better get this story over to the New York Times, so they don’t keep spewing out Fake News and make Hillary C Rodham look even worse.
