I read weeks ago that protection was offered. Most turned it down, then. Don’t know what’s happened since. The threats alone are grounds for a visit from the SS or FBI, though.
Most are likely blowhards, but it’s up to the professionals to make those sorts of evaluations and no one wants to err on the wrong side.
