Oh really? The right did this when Obama won twice? Really? We had people calling for intimidating the electors to vote against him or to not vote cast their vote at all? We had violent disruptive protests? We demanded and file law suits for recounts? really? we did all that? really? where was I must have missed it.

In that case, not just some, but include me on that.

I truly believe a large number of illegal aliens voted in California and Nevada.

And the number of votes versus voters in Detroit was very much out of skew.

So, I expect to see investigations of that, and corrections to the various voting laws to be accomplished.

I also expect voter ID laws to be implemented and not struck down on the ridiculous idea that such laws are discriminatory. Simple logic tells us that if you need to show an ID to cash a check, get a drivers license, fly on an airplane, etc., that also adding to vote wouldn’t be any further discriminatory than all the other requirements...

HOWEVER, and saying all of that, what is wrong is asking for recounts where no fraud or concerns have been raised, or claiming that a foreign government, by revealing REAL things said in a political organization’s correspondence is equivalent to causing a person to vote a certain way—other than the ACTUAL things said, is crazy/stupid.

So except for all that, I agree with you.

In the entire history of the country about 30, 30 TOTAL have gone rogue.... someone is dreaming if they think 20 will do so in one election...

These folks are as stupid as the ones claiming it would be a Hillary landslide on election night.

These liberal losers will stop at nothing to thwart the will of the people. They have such contempt for the average American. I hope people remember the names of people like this professor when and if the time comes to retaliate.

So when one side says without proof and based on suspicion alone that the election was illegitimate that’s smart and when another side says without proof and based on suspicion alone that the election was illegitimate that’s evil.

Basically what the far right and far left have in common is exactly that: “I’m right, you’re evil.” That is the parallelism that means that each side feels justifies being entitled to entirely different sets of stylized “facts” than the other side’s and anything that conflicts with a simplistic narrative of one side good, other side evil is proof that the institution purveying even a slightly more nuanced view is ipso facto on the “other” side.

Author of this piece, Brooke Seipel, worked for New Republic before coming to The Hill. Seipel posted this story at 9:19 p.m. EST, perhaps when she was working a one-man shift. She updated the “story” at 9:30 p.m. EST which makes me think the Harvard professor called her with corrections and additions after it was first posted. Here is a sample of her work from New Republic:

“Colin Kaepernick is now denying that he’s a secret Muslim.

The alt-right’s logic: if you sit during the national anthem you hate America, and since all Muslims hate America, Kaepernick must be one. The rumor was mainstreamed by Fox News, where hosts even alluded to Kaepernick’s supposed conversion to Islam. . .In the same way conservatives have dismissed President Barack Obama’s birth certificate and continued circulating the “birther” issue, Kaepernick’s statement will likely go ignored. In so doing, the alt-right hopes to achieve a larger objective: to confuse the problem of racial injustice with that of “radical Islam.”

Fantasyland—a foolish bid to attempt to make Trump a failed President before he even starts—They know if he is a success the Democratioc/Progressive Party is DOOMED for a Decade. The RINO Party will become the Trumpicrat Populist Party and rule for the next 30 years. President Trump #45, President Ivanka #46, President Donald Jr. #47, President Baron Trump #48.
To quote Hillary on a sane day: “what do you object to? The Peace or the Prosperity?”

No, because in this case we either want the laws followed or want the existing laws strengthened.

According to the law, it’s illegal to come into the USA without going through border controls and it is illegal to stay beyond one’s visa. Are you truly going to claim there is no evidence of this?

So the next question for me is, given that there are MILLIONS of illegal aliens in this country, did any of them vote illegally? Can they? Well, in California, illegals are given Californian driver licenses, and automatically registered to vote in California. The only thing to stop them from doing so is their own conscience. The SAME conscience that did not stop them from coming here illegally in the first place. And then two weeks before the election, the President gave a speech to California illegal aliens telling them that “No one would prosecute you for voting”.

And Trump already said he was going to enforce the existing border control and immigration laws.

If this doesn’t warrant a look see into the voting records I surely don’t know what would.

However, claims that Stein made were not substantiated by anyone. The election results were close in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, but no one was claiming fraud. Her lawyers only argued there COULD have been fraud. And no one asked for Colorado, New Hampshire or Nevada’s very close votes to be recounted, because Hillary squeaked by wins in them. So yes, I call that bullsh1t.

Julian Assange has already said the DNC Wikileaks were sent to him by an informant, not a hacker. Yet now certain journalists say in one story (Wash Post) that a CIA report exists that says this information was gathered by Russian Government hackers? Hmmmm... So far, the CIA hasn’t even officially said anything on this. So yes, I call bullsh1t.

If you want to make this an issue about two peas in the same moral pod, go ahead, but I say you are wrong.

In any case, now that Trump has won, he can start enforcing the law against illegal entry into the country.

He can ask Congress to pass a set of laws providing everyone with a FREE national photo ID to vote—if they want it—but no voting without proper ID, whether the national card or an existing photo ID...

He can ask Congress for a national database of registered voters tied to Social Security death certification.

He can ask the Congress to pass a law that further secures any type of voting machine and calibrates it in a procedure that includes all major political parties to ensure the machine’s integrity.

NONE of these laws means a do over of the elections that have passed, just a way to further protect their integrity going into the future.

Yes, the warrior..... who both before and after the election said that there is a conspiracy of illegal voting and voter fraud, and whose claim of same has been echoed here at FR with practically no dissent. That warrior.

And your point is what?

At least he put his name on this treasonous act, so if he succeeds, we know who is one of the leaders of the other side who need to be defeated in the Uncivil War that will be forthcoming.

Except, we have proof. If you don’t believe that illegals voted in the election, look at Los Angeles County.

2000 to 2016, the population increased at a steady rate.

2000 to 2012, the voter total increased about 20,000 each election cycle.

In 2016, California enacted an illegal law that allows illegal aliens to get drivers licenses (violation of federal law and will eventually get overturned). The process was that they would get a license, and with every drivers license, the DMV would put the name, address and other basic identifying information in the automated system to register the driver to vote. Then, according to the law, the DMV was to send the documentation for each driver to the Secretary of State’s office to process. The head of the DMV said that the DMV would NOT be sending the information to the SoS for them to remove illegal voter registrations because the SoS office hadn’t given them proper procedures.

So, with that, the difference in voters, despite a steady growth in residents, increased not the 20,000 that had happened in the previous few years. You might thing that a 2 1/2 times increase would be enough to set off alarm bells. It wasn’t. And it wasn’t 2 1/2 times. It was a 39 1/2 times increase, at 790,000. That should have alarmed EVERYONE. But, no, there was no notice.

Since you seem to be understanding of the liberal mindset, do you think that you might be able to understand and explain that in a way that literally does not include illegal aliens voting? I’ve looked at the numbers every way I could and can’t figure it out.
