I was in the BSA back in the 70s in the North East and while I never met anyone in Scouts that was gay(I did ask one coombya song loving kid if he was gay but he got pissed), as far as I know, but I do remember hearing about gay troop leaders via kid gossip. They must have heard it somewhere so it was already happening back then. I remember hearing about the Catholic Priest man/boy issue at the same time. Maybe he felt it was better to get it out in the open so that the scouts wouldn't be clueless. We don't know and it has nothing to do with what his job will be in this admin.

So, what’s that gonna do as far as SOS duties? If Trump only named folks that didn’t piss some folks off over certain past comments/trends, he wouldn’t name anyone at all.
